August 2010: Announcing new team member at Triquestra UK

Neil Glew has recently joined the Triquestra team, bringing with him extensive knowledge of the EPOS industry, in particular the garden centre, food and fashion sectors. Having previously worked at Retail Assist Ltd (and Davidson-Richards Ltd), Neil has a thorough knowledge of store systems and EPOS and is a valuable addition to the UK team.

July 2010: Multi-national launch for Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkin Patch has launched a multi-channel pricings and promotions facility across 5 countries in 5 currencies. Following the completion of a global rollout by Triquestra, Pumpkin Patch can now manage pricing and promotions at its online and offline stores independently of each other. This means that each can have channel specific promotions running.

June 2010 : A new store for Solutions Inc

Premium Apple retailer, Solutions Inc have opened a new store in St Albans, utilising Triquestra’s Infinity POS system. The new store has every Mac and iPod model on display for customers to try, plus of course the iPad.  

Solutions Inc have been using Infinity in their other 5 stores for 2 years. “The technical support in tailoring the system to our requirements has been excellent” said Martin Harmer, Finance Director for Solutions Inc. “The Triquestra team can set up a new store for us remotely, and the system has allowed for easy expansion”.

June 2010: Success at Retail Week Technology Awards

Congratulations to Retail Assist who won the Project Implementation of the Year Award at the Retail Week Technology Awards this week. The award was presented for the work carried out on the womenswear retailer, Mint Velvet implementation. Triquestra UK are proud to have been part of that team with the Infinity POS system being installed across all the Mint Velvet stores.

December 2009: Yeomans Outdoor Leisure appoints Triquestra UK as its POS provider

Yeomans Outdoor Leisure has appointed Triquestra UK to provide the Infinity point of sale system across 86 UK stores. Yeomans are the UK’s largest independent Camping and Outdoor Retailer, supplying tents, camping equipment and outdoor clothing. The company has over 86 retail outlets ranging from high street stores to Garden Centre sites and large factory outlets.

November 2009: Mint Velvet implements Triquestra’s Infinity PoS through IT partner Retail Assist

Mint Velvet, the new womenswear retailer, has engaged Retail Assist to provide a Managed Solution to include Triquestra’s Infinity PoS. Mint Velvet is headed up by former Principles brand director Liz Houghton and is backed by the founding directors of Rubicon Retail, the former owner of the Principles and Warehouse brands.
